Refund Policy

14-day refund request window
A customer who purchases a new paid month may request a refund within 14 days of the relevant payment, provided the paid plan has not been canceled through Threadline. Requests are reviewed under this policy and applicable law; submitting a request does not itself guarantee approval.
How to request a refund
- Sign in and open Billing.
- Choose Request refund while your paid plan is active.
- Provide a short reason for the request.
- Threadline reviews the request and communicates the decision through the support/contact system.
Cancellation is not a refund
Canceling a paid plan switches the account to Free immediately. It does not automatically refund the payment, and the normal refund request path is unavailable after cancellation. If you want a refund review, request it before canceling.
What is not a refund event
- A prepaid month reaching its normal end date.
- Unused time after voluntarily canceling to Free.
- A plan change where a new purchase is made, unless applicable law or a specific promotion says otherwise.
- A request outside the 14-day window, unless Threadline approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are processed through the payment method/provider used for the transaction where possible. PayPal may impose its own processing times and requirements. Threadline cannot control a third party's settlement timing.
This policy is a plain-language summary of Threadline's current refund process and does not limit any refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. See Payment Information and Terms of Service.
